When do you typically restock items?

I typically do a restock of items on Sundays, however, depending on availability some items will have later restock dates.

My package is showing as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

We understand that mistakes happen and, in the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. The USPS is infamous about showing an item as delivered and it shows up a couple of days later, so please be patient. Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over it. Package theft, incorrect addresses and mishandling of packages by USPS (i.e delivered to wrong address) are not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replaced at our expense. Additionally, USPS insurance does not cover items shown as delivered. However, there are tips we can offer to help track it down.

Bulk, Private & Wholesale availability

I do not currently offer bulk, wholesale or private labeling on any items on ETSY. All bulk, wholesale or private labeling must be sent via the link on my personal website. Please go to www.ladyheartedapothecary.com for more info.

Do your products come with instructions?

Yes, there are instructions provided on the back of the postcard in your order. Please scan the QR code to download the instructions. Certain oils have specific instructions such as Love/Passion, Wealth, Marry Me and Bend Over. All other oils and bath salts will have specific moon cycles or days of the week included with different ways you can use our oils.

I received a notification that my order was cancelled, but I do not know why?

I will cancel your order if you request that I ship your order prior to the timeframe in which it states in my policies. I do not respond to requests for rush orders and will not compromise my oil quality, stated policy or energy to appease anyone.

For all other cancellations, Isend out 3 messages prior to cancelling any order. Please make sure that when you order you check your messages. If I cannot obtain the information needed to create/ship your order within 48-72 hours, your order will be canceled and you will need to reorder.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Holiday and Sale Processing Time is 2-3 weeks, I do not expect for orders to take that long to ship out but due to sales I have to adjust my timeframe due to an influx of orders.

Normal Processing time for all orders is 1-2 weeks. We do not ship on weekends. If you need your order faster, please add the rush processing item to your cart. Otherwise, all orders will adhere to the timeline above.

Also, please only reach out if your order has exceeded the processing times stated as it takes away from me preparing orders to address shipping time frames when they are already given prior to ordering. The FAQ section, Notes from Seller and Checkout process all list the expected timeframe for shipments.

Do you issue refunds?

No, please keep in mind you are ordering a custom item from a marketplace that specializes in handmade products. Any requests for refunds will automatically be denied. Please be sure that you want to purchase an item BEFORE ordering. There are no exceptions.

Lady Hearted Apothecary is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of our control.

Certain essential oils can irritate the skin. Lady Hearted Apothecary products are not intended for internal ingestion.

Products purchased through Lady Hearted Apothecary are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the products to read descriptions for each product. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake at our end. The raw materials we offer are all natural and, as such may vary in color, consistency and aroma from batch to batch.
